An aromatic white wine that reveals a gritty character which is no doubt Mediterranean.
Inviting on the nose with its intensity. There are evident notes of tropical fruit, pears, peach, violets and white pepper.
A textural food-driven wine, with good minerality and salinity. Perfect with seafood, risotto, roast chicken, Asian food and cheese platters.
