Hand picked, pesticide and herbicide free, these grapes thrive in their natural habitat, with a crispness and elegance that is truly stunning. Melissa will take you through the range of styles of Prosecco, from Brut Nature, to bottle fermented Col Fondo all the way to Prosecco you can drink with dessert, teaching you about the production method, and introducing you to some of the best Prosecco you will ever taste, exclusively imported into Australia for her master classes and events. Served with antipasto, these masterclasses can be done in your workplace, or home (Melbourne Metro ) and you don’t even have to do the washing up, as crystal tulip glassware is also supplied.
