Italian Prosecco Master Class
Learn about the stunning region between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano – the home of Prosecco. The climate, soil, and elevation combine to make the most perfect Prosecco, and once you’ve tasted a DOCG Prosecco, you will understand how beautiful this wine can be. Hand picked, pesticide and herbicide free, these grapes thrive in their natural habitat, with a crispness and elegance that is truly stunning. Melissa will take you through the range of styles of Prosecco, from Col Fondo all the way to Prosecco you can drink with dessert, teaching you about the production method, and introducing you to some of the best Prosecco you will ever taste, exclusively imported into Australia for her master classes and events. Served with antipasto, these masterclasses can be done in your workplace, or home (Melbourne Metro only at this stage) and for $90 per person, you don’t even have to do the washing up, as glassware is also supplied. Minimum 6 people. Contact Melissa to arrange firstname.lastname@example.org
King Valley Prosecco Master Class
Crisp, fresh, and vibrant is how Prosecco is described – pale straw in colour, containing hints of pear, green apple, citrus, and melon, with a delicate bubble, it’s perfect at any time of the day, and now outsells Champagne in Britain. Winemaking families have produced Prosecco, in Victoria’s King Valley, for over 10 years.
Join Melissa Brauer, aka The Prosecco Queen, on a tasting tour of this stunning region without leaving Melbourne’s CBD. Learn about production methods, the geography and landscape, and be introduced to Prosecco from Dal Zotto, Pizzini, Chrismont, Sam Miranda and Brown Brothers. Aperitivo and antipasto included.
